Move, stretch, and dance your way to joy! Nia (Neuro-muscular Integrative Action) is a barefoot movement practice that blends dance, martial arts, and healing arts into one energizing, feel-good workout.

Suitable for all fitness levels.

Nia helps you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and lift your spirit.
